Tasting notes

Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Fine, fragrant, rich in ripe fruit and white flowers tones, almond, field herbs, citrus fruits, slightly spicy. It fills the mouth well, powerful, very persistent, a correct balance between structure and softness, thanks to freshness and sapidity that accompany the long finish. A wine of a good longevity.

Ian D'Agata, June 2017 (Vintage 2016)

Medium dark golden-tinged yellow. The enticing nose offers scents of yellow apple, pear, sage and mint. Bright, intense flavors of apple and pear are complicated by orange oil and tangerine. Fresh and juicy with a lively saline tang on the long finish.

Fresh lemons and limes here, as well as guava peel and gooseberries. Bright and citrusy on the light-to medium-bodied palate, the acidity extending confidently through the mineral finish.
