About this winery

The Jeio collection is the fruit of two interwoven love stories. On one side is the Bisol family with their vineyards that they have been nurturing for generations with care and dedication. The other side is the love of Giovanna Bisol for her husband Desiderio, whom she affectionately called “Jeio”. Jeio was a true pioneer of Prosecco Superiore, a visionary in love with his land who would scour the hills of Valdobbiadene on his red Moto Guzzi. He would seek out the finest plots to purchase...

Product notes

It is precisely in Valdobbiadene that Prosecco Superiore is best expressed, thanks to the unique characteristics of the terroir. Steep vineyard sites are worked only by hand. The minerality of the hills of Conegliano and the delicate acidity given by the Valdobbiadene terroir give life to Jeio Brut.

Tasting notes

Brilliant, bright straw yellow with a fine and lively perlage. Elegant and pleasant with an enjoyable fruitiness and nuances of ripe yellow fruit on the nose. The flavours are mellow, elegant and true to its aromas.

October 2021

A fresh, lively Prosecco with aromas and flavors of fresh pineapple and creamy minerals. Abundant fizz, which neutralizes the palate for a second or two, before the balanced fruit and minerals return. Salty aftertaste. A little jagged, but pleasant.

December 2020

The NV Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Jeio shows crisp mineral-laced green apples and savory spice. It’s soothingly sweet and spicy, yet full of zesty energy, with ripe orchard fruits offset by a tug of brisk acids. This takes a turn toward the savory side, with salty minerals and herbs; yet energy remains high, making for a clean and wonderfully refreshing finale.
