Product notes

A blend of grapes from several plots and two terroirs: Oxfordian « Caillottes » and Kimmeridgian marls. Grass is grown between the rows or the soil is hoed. Single Guyot pruning is used along with integrated crop protection.

Production notes

The grapes are handpicked and entire bunches of grapes are fed into the pneumatic presses using a conveyor belt. Fermentation of the must was completed in temperature-controlled vats for approximately 20 days. The wine was racked in February and was bottled after 6 months of ageing.

Tasting notes

Beautiful hints of Pinot Noir and red fruit cake mark the nose. Tannins give power to this wine along with ripe grapes with flavours of fresh red fruit. Perfectly balanced.
