The Morey family is one of the most well-known in the Côte de Beaune. The family name can be traced back for more than five generations in the villages of Chassagne and Meursault, and today great wines are produced at both Domaine Pierre Morey and Domaine Jean-Marc Morey. Sabine Mollard's wines are finally receiving the recognition they deserve. This is typically elegant, floral and well balanced, combining subtle honey and baking spice notes with thrilling minerality and tension. The limestone is really apparent on the finish.
