The vineyards growing on soils made of whitelimestone, are laying on an altitude of approximately700 meters above sea level, in the southwest of theprovince of Valencia.Fermentation takes place at 18°C.The wine goes through a short maceration time of 6-7days. A slight and elegant note of French oak is givingby a brief rest and work on woods of the best quality.
