Product notes
The vineyards are situated on limestone soils at an altitude of approximately 700 meters above sea level. They are located in the southwest of the province of Valencia.
Production notes
Gentle pressure was applied to the skins after bringing the grapes down to 5°C. This process added minerality and exotic aromas to the wine.
Tasting notes
Organic wine made of Verdejo grapes which has remained one of the most popular varietals in Spain since the 11th Century. Crisp flavours of citrus fruits such as lemon and lime grace the palate as a hint of fennel hits on the finish.
