Tasting notes

The 2021 Pinot Gris shines with aromas of jasmine and lemon zest, complemented by yellow apple and peach rings. The palate is enveloped with jasmine accompanied by flavors of nectarine and lime zest, elevated by mouth-watering acidity and a lingering finish. A beautiful pairing with a classic shrimp scampi, a summery peach and burrata salad, or home fries with a tangy aioli.

June 2022 (Vintage 2021)

Aromatic aromas of ripe peaches, apricots and an array of fresh flowers. Medium-bodied. Fresh and floral, but turns more mineral as time goes on.

April 2022 (Vintage 2021)

This orchard stroll begins with aromas of pears, Golden Delicious apples and white peaches. A bergamot tea note floats in the background for added interest. Flavours like lemon gelato, lime zest and shredded coconut combine with a trace of lavender and talc. The wine’s tart acidity will wake a palate from its deepest slumber.
