Production notes

Harvested at peak flavour maturity from our estate and grower vineyards across Marlborough. Gentle juice extraction, cold settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks with a range of aromatic yeasts.

Tasting notes

This Sauvignon Blanc offers aromas of grapefruit, mango, passionfruit and melon. On the palate, the wine's texture is smooth and inviting with classic Marlborough flavours including ripe bell pepper and tropical fruit. Crisp acidity rounds off an elegant structure. Pairs perfectly with seafood, salads and lemon vinaigrette dressings.

September 2024 (Vintage 2023)

Passion blossom, fresh pineapple and candied mango. Celery heart, Thai basil and lemonade fruit. Peach flesh on the palate with a margarita salt salinity and waves of ripe lemon juice. Ticks the boxes for fruit, palate drive and moreishness.
