Production notes

Fermented using specially selected yeast at a maximum temperature of 14-16C for 21 to 30 days. The Chardonnay was then aged in French and American Oak for 3 months.

Tasting notes

This crisp wine offers explosions of tropical fruit on the palette and strong aromas of ripe citrus fruits on the nose. The finish of the chardonnay is clean and bright.
