Grapes were harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged for 6 months in French and American oak.
Wonderful aromas of black fruits including cherries and plums are followed by hints of vanilla and violets. The wine is powerful and full-bodied on the palate and it exudes rich flavours of raspeberries, blackberries, and black currants. The notes from the vanilla and sweet spice linger on the long finish.
