Winemaking notes

Fermented at 27/29ºC for 12 days in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes

Fresh violet and plum on the nose with hints of chocolate and vanilla. Soft and sweet on the palate leading into smooth and silky textures with plenty of red berries, plum and vanilla oak flavors. Well-structured with a long finish.
