About this winery

Olivier Humbrecht is one of the world's most renowned winegrowers. He is a Master of Wine and has been described by Robert Parker as the greatest white winemaker on earth. April 2023 (Vintage 2021)

What a fascinating peachy, flinty and smoky nose this great dry riesling has. Power, energy and vitality on the generous palate, but also a profoundly chalky and flinty minerality. Long juicy finish that pulls you back for more. From biodynamically grown grapes.

February 2023 (Vintage 2021)

The 2021 Riesling Heimbourg is from a steep limestone plot in Turckheim, with just a little clay and topsoil. It is a hot west and southwest-facing site with an average vine age of 22 years. The tell-tale reduction clouds the nose. However, the palate comes in with a striking lemony, zesty aspect. This is juicy, totally approachable, flowy, supple and bone-dry. Youthful and utterly citrus-focused with pure, bright lemon flavors. (Bone-dry)
