Domaine EdeM was born from a desire to offer wine like enjoyment without alcohol, inspired by Elena Maza, the Catena family matriarch who asked her daughter to create something lighter she could enjoy. Under the direction of Dr. Laura Catena, the Catena Institute of Wine combined scientific expertise in sensory analysis and wine chemistry with a deep respect for flavour and tradition to develop this range of low and no alcohol wines. Domaine EdeM reflects Laura’s belief that wine is about connection, culture, and taste — and that mindful moderation can enhance the enjoyment of both.
