About this winery

In the wild and rugged landscape of the Priorat, a dramatic struggle for survival of the vine is carried out. An unique atmosphere that captures any nature and wine lover. Product notes

2 πr, the perimeter of a circle. In the elaboration of this wine we have brought the unique character of Priorat terroir together with the softness, balance and fruitiness of our grapes. An ideal wine for wine-lovers to be enjoyed with the traditional Mediterranean cuisine. An organic red wine made in Priorat.

Production notes

Pre-cold maceration for 7 days. Alcoholic fermentation for 16 days at a controlled temperature of 25ºC in stainless steel tanks. 60% was aged in new, second and third year French and Hungarian oak Barrels (400L) for 12 months; 20% spent 10 months in clay amphoras, and the remaining 20% was aged in 54L DemiJohns for 12 months.

Tasting notes

Aromatic intensity and complexity with a prominent presence of preserved red fruit. Well balanced with a touch of toasty notes from the oak. At first this wine is light on the palate but it quickly transforms to show unpolished ripen tannins with ample volume and acidity. Fruity notes with a mineral character linger on the fresh finish.
