The vineyards are located on soils made of white limestone that lay at an altitude of approximately 700 meters above sea level in the southwest of the province of Valencia.
Fermentation takes place at 18°C.The wine goes through a short maceration time of 6-7 days. A brief period of French oak aging lends an elegant yet subtle note of toast to the wine.
Farmed on organic vineyards with minimal intervention, this wine exhibits intense notes of rich fruit. Elegant and balanced aromas meld seamlessly into flavours of plum and strawberries.
Very ripe character here, with aromas of spiced plums, blackberries, dark chocolate, licorice and wet earth. Medium-bodied with creamy tannins, plush fruit and a soft, velvety texture. Flavorful finish. From organically grown grapes. Sustainable. Drink now.
