Notes about product
The grapes for this vintage were sourced predominantly from the Lenswood Vineyard (planted in 1999), at 455–500 metres' elevation. East and west facing aspects on gentle slopes, the soils are brown loams over clay with broken shale on the ridges.
The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed, then fermented and
matured on lees in French oak barriques and puncheons.
Aromas of white flowers, citrus, lemon blossom and nectarine. Bright acidity, showing elegance and restraint.
