The 2024er Brauneberger Juffer Riesling Kabinett was made from fruit picked at 78° Oechsle on 50-year-old vines and was fermented down to fruity-styled levels of residual sugar (47 g/l). It offers a superb nose of white peach, citrus fruit, earthy elements, whipped cream, and smoke. The wine is superbly playful and elegant on the palate and leaves a fresh feel of white peach, chalk, and spices in the long finish. This is a gorgeous expression of Kabinett, but one that stands out for its tangy side.
