The 2018 Chablis Montmains 1er Cru is rich and textured in the glass, owing in part to a vinfication and aging regime that took place in equal parts tank and cask. Lemon confit, pear and lightly honeyed notes give the 2018 striking textural richness and creaminess that build straight into the racy finish. This is such an expressive and inviting wine, and a wine of great volume and depth.
