Bright straw-green. Lime and minerals on the fresh nose, with a hint of almonds, chlorophyll and green apple. Fresh and crisp, with a laser beam of acidity really extending the delicate flavors on the long back end. Less concentrated than the 2014, but charming, and blessed by much higher, livelier acidity. Delicious Sylvaner that’s ready to drink but will easily last another couple of decades.
