Both fruity and spicy, this Gewurztraminer from Hengst Grand Cru offers generosity, freshness, and a stunning complexity. Very pleasant. We can believe that this wine will benefit from several years of cellaring. Perfectly balanced, the palate is tense and precise, with a calcareous texture that brings a linear finish. Slightly tannic, the wine is racy and superb! Keep it 10 years or more, and it will be even more impressive. |
