Neal Family Vineyards are a Napa classic. Longtime followers know the story here and can skip ahead and order, but for those new to the wine… Neal Family are Napa insiders.

The family business is managed under the name Jack Neal and Son. They have been operating since the late 1960s and farm or have farmed for a veritable who’s who of the California wine scene. Mark Neal the “Son” listed in the family business decided to take the accumulated decades of knowledge and start another business with his children in mind and founded Neal Family Vineyards.

The wines, farmed organically from exceptional sites never fail to deliver. Given the increasing prices we see all over Napa these wines also offer exceptional value. The 2015 continues a fantastic string of brilliant vintages.

Coming from a warm and therefore ripe vintage, this year's Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of cocoa, cassis and dark berry fruit plus hints of incense, earth and cedar notes from new French oak. This is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon with very dark color and a nice concentration of tannin that carries with it a firm, complex mouthful of flavors.
