Pink grapefruit characteristics, concentration and mid-palate texture, with a marked intensity of flavour and is particularly bright, fresh, and balanced. A great aperitif or paired with seafood.

Light straw-quartz hue. Not the easiest of vintages, but you'd never know it given the intensity, the resonance and length of this vibrant, juicy wine. The 30th vintage, and I buy the back label comment 'the wine is better now than at any time in our 30 years.'

The dried-strawberry and orange-peel character here is so enticing and energetic with hints of walnuts and dried flowers. Medium body, light and fine tannins and a crisp finish.
