This delicious gewurz is brimming with yellow-rose and ripe yellow-peach aromas, but only a hint of clove. Ripe and generous, but firmly structured, with attractive coolness and clarity. You can really smell and taste all the sunshine of the warm and dry 2020 summer in this bold and rich dry riesling, with its nose of ripe pineapple. The very fresh acidity enables it to carry easily the almost 14% of alcohol, giving the long finish impressive drive and pushing the crushed-rock minerality. Partly from the Grand Cru Brand, the rest from a nearby vineyard. From biodynamically grown grapes.

Pronounced aromas of salinity, petrol and toasted oak rise up out of the glass. This wine offers a rich, dense texture accented by fresh apple notes and a slightly petrol finish. This is a wine of intensity and body, although it does carry a bit of alcohol heat on the finish. Pair it with mild pasta dishes, fish or cheese, though, and you won't even notice.

Don’t expect a lush Alsace pinot gris, because this generous and highly structured dry pinot gris is still tightly wound and the main aromas are smoke, toast, nutty apple and fresh mint. Built to last, though the long finish is supple, it’s fully packed with chalky character. Those who are patient will be richly rewarded! From biodynamically grown grapes. Better after 2021.
