See detailed press review“Despite the heat of eastern Mendoza, which usually produces heavy flavors and high alcohol, this is a fresh and vibrant red full of tension. Thanks to early harvests, it has firm acidity that helps the fruit express itself in a much juicier and livelier way. This bonarda was fermented in clay amphorae and then aged in them for eight months before being bottled.”
