Traditional pressing of the grapes followed by maceration at low temperatures for 36 hours. A slow and gentle “pris de mousse” by “method cuve close”.

Ruby red colour with a rosé foam. A pleasant and youthful acidity, and a clean smooth palate with a pleasant fruity sweetness
