Production notes

The grapes were crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at 86ºF (30ºC) followed by a 6-day post-fermentation maceration. The new wine was barrel in French and American oak for 6–8 months for greater complexity and structure.

Tasting notes

The colour is deep ruby red. On the nose you experience intense fruity aromas such as dried plums and blackberries accompanied by light notes of toast, vanilla, and black pepper. The palate is concentrated, well-rounded, and ripe wine with great structure and a persistent finish.

A red with blueberry, dark chocolate and walnut aromas and flavors. Medium body, juicy fruit and a savory finish. A blend of cabernet sauvignon and merlot.
