Tasting notes

Santa Ema Select Terroir Cabernet Sauvignon is an intense ruby red color with delicate aromas of black and red fruit like plum, blackberry, and raspberry with a hint of toast. The wine is very well balanced on the palate, with a long finish. It’s ideal for red meats, well spiced dishes, stews, and cheeses.
