Pais blend from 4 terroirs mostly from the area of Nipas (where the winery is located) where you'll find black silty sandy basalt (like Etna) and silty clay granite. Around 12,000 bottles per year are made.
VINISTA 2021 was ferment in oak tanks, concrete and open steel tanks. 60% whole cluster was applied. The wine was then age in concrete and large oak casks for 1 year.
