Production notes

The grapes for this Chardonnay were sourced from vineyard sites in both the Eastern and Southern regions, with elevations ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 feet above sea level. The vineyards are managed with strict organic practices, and no pesticides, fungicides, or synthetic chemicals are used.

Tasting notes

Golden yellow color with greenish hues. A delicious nose of white flowers and tropical fruit (pineapple, banana, and peach), laced with complex, refreshing mineral hints. Fresh and intense mouthfeel with sweet tropical fruit and peach, complemented by crème brûlée and toasted bread flavors. The finish is long and lingering, with crisp, balanced acidity and a subtle mineral undertone.
