Tasting notes

Its wide and deep bouquet has notes of broom, almond, citrus and mineral hints. On the palate it has good structure, marked sapidity and persistence. Olli is very versatile in pairings: excellent with raw fish and shellsh, vegetarian dishes, white meats.

September 2023 (Vintage 2022)

Attractive sliced apple and pear with some salt and crushed sea shell character on both the nose and palate. Medium-bodied with spiced pear and a layered finish.

Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, 2024 (Vintage 2023)

Bright, pronounced straw yellow. Pleasant with a delicate aroma on the nose of yellow peach, white flowers and a hint of marzipan. Clear and light-footed on the palate, animating acidity, beautiful drinking flow through to the finish.
