Production notes

Fermentation without skins at a controlled temperature lower than 20°C. Six months aging in steel and 3-month bottle aging prior to release.

Tasting notes

A wine that is delicate and soft like luminous, flowing lava, but at the same time strong and unstoppable like the life that generates it.

October 2018 (Vintage 2015)

A very composed and concentrated white with a slightly flinty, reductive edge. It delivers an almost Chablis-like impression with a bed of stony notes draped in rich lemon, peach and tart mango-like flavors. The texture and depth is impressive, and so is the succulent snap through the finish. A blend of 66% carricante and 34% minnella.
