Light to mid crimson. Aromatic with sweet spice as well as sweet peppery red fruit. Then more savoury on the palate, darker fruit, polished tannins, scented more than intense on the palate but the fruit persists really well on the fresh finish. I'd enjoy this on the fruit rather than waiting for greater complexity.

Bottled. Mid crimson. Both sweet fruited and a little stemmy – an attractive combination. Equally attractive on the palate, that stemmy/herbal character really adding freshness. Dry, grainy tannins add further to the energy and liveliness.
