January 2018 (Vintage 2016)(70% of the blend comes from cru vines in Beaujolais and the other 30% from the Hautes Côtes de Nuits). A restrained and ultra-fresh nose is comprised by notes of red cherry, raspberry and a hint of earth character. The sleek, delicious and slightly finer-textured flavors possess slightly better depth along with a subtle minerality that emerges on the ever-so-mildly austere finale. This is a quality Bourgogne.
