There is enough reduction to mask the fruit but not the citrus elements. I like the sense of verve to the even more mineral-driven medium weight flavors that possess excellent size and weight while retaining solid delineation on the impressively complex and persistent finale. This is quite dry in the context of what is typical for the vintage and sufficiently firm that I would suggest allowing it at least a few years of cellar time first.
From a whopping 2.02 ha parcel, which effectively means that the Domaine owns 89% of the appellation; because the other owner does not declare the wine under En Virondot, Mollard has what she jokingly calls a "commercial" monopole
