A touch of mineral reduction adds breadth to the restrained and cool nose that is comprised primarily of citrus, apple and soft floral scents. I very much like the sleek texture of the dense and relatively powerful flavors where a touch of minerality adds lift to the nicely complex and persistent finish. Worth a look.
