From the lieux-dits of Patou, Mazard and Sauman, on granite soils. 70% destemmed and aged for 16 months in old barriques. This is denser, darker and deeper than his Granit 30, with a fruitier and more vinous expression - blackberry and plum sauce. It is fairly full-bodied but not massive, with rounded, pure and juicy fruits accompanied by ample saline tannins and zippy, citrus acidity. Buzzy, lively and very pure, this well balanced wine has great detail and definition and a very long mineral finish.
