Inky with purple rim. Fragrant, scented with both dark fruit and lightly floral, some spiced dried fruit but not overripe. Scented and has real elegance and a handsome restraint. Classy but not showy. Chewy texture because it is compact and the tannins are very fine. Fine and deep.
