DMZ Chardonnay 2014
Carl van de Merwe has a sure touch with Chardonnay, whatever the price point. This blend of mostly Stellenbosch with a little Elgin fruit mixes barrel and stainless steel portions to good effect. White flowers, cinnamon and citrus zest combine appealingly here. Drink: 2015-18
