Pale in colour, as it often is, but not short of intensity, this delicious Altamira Semillon sees no malolactic fermentation so as to maintain its freshness and ageing potential. The 15% new oak is folded into the wine, complementing the savoury, herbal fruit notes and citrus-edged fruit.
