Felton Road has delivered yet another sappy and fragrant pinot, packed with wild cherries, strawberries and plums. Ultra-fine spices float throughout, and there are plenty of anise, liquorice and fresh herbal smells. The palate is like a soft-centred, fleshy ball of red cherry fruit, yet is really delicate with a finely woven web of tannins, bright acidity and a finish crunchy.
