« Il se passe beaucoup de choses, ici. Une touche de noisette au nez, avec des notes de pierre à fusil et un côté agrumes retenu et réservé. Minéral, rocailleux, avec des fleurs séchées, aussi. Un vin intelligent. La bouche a une présence et une texture qu’on associe plus aux chablis. Très long, pénétrant, précis, avec un fruité brillant et bien emballé. Excellent. »
