This shows fresh brambleberries and underbrush alongside blue fruit and a subtle tapenade note. The palate is more approachable, with soft, subtle blue fruit and tannins that gently fan out across the palate—delicate, yet incredibly precise. It carries a very elegant sense of concentration, very subdued and gently compelling. This comes from a 1.4-hectare parcel in Gualtallary on degraded, limestone-rich soils. Fermented with 100% whole clusters.
