This could only be Nebbiolo. Bitter chocolate, dark floral, tobacco smoke and ample black cherry. Lovely progression from first whiff through persistent finish. Though an elegant wine in the glass, Nebb’s tannins are huge – partner with braised beef or lamb and mushrooms. - Treve Ring
