Outer Limits Cinsault 2018
You've got a head start with Cinsault if your vines are more than 80 years' old, which is the case on this old barrel- and concrete-aged example from Itata. Fermented with 30% whole bunches, it's sappy, savoury and fresh, with crunchy raspberry and red cherry fruit.
