Picked early to retain freshness, like many of his wines, Adi Badenhorst’s blend of Syrah with Cinsault, Grenache and Tinta Barocca is what he calls our “Swartland appellation red”. Plummy, spicy and fresh with firmish tannins, bright acidity and a warm Mediterranean glow.
