Made from Garganega grapes grown in the Soave region of Veneto, in northern Italy this DOC white is perfect for antipasti, mild cheeses, seafood, pasta tossed in herbs and olive oil, and white meats.
It exhibits glorious restraint; mineral, lemon verbena, honey and stone fruits tossed with delicate spring blossoms. Oily texture, weighty and mouth-filling with excellent concentration and flavours of beeswax, golden fruits and lemon zest. The finish is delightfully tangy - great value.
