This has a gorgeous feel, with seamless, creamy layers of white peach, papaya, orange cream and heather honey sailing along, picking up salted butter and straw notes through the finish. This is hard to resist now, but should pick up even more nuance with modest cellaring. Drink now through 2017.—J.M.
