Mature now, with gooseberry gelée, white peach and lemon curd flavors, backed by an alluring warm brioche note. Shows echoes of flint and gooseberry through the finish, though the brioche element wins out. A lovely version of the style. Drink now through 2019. 200 cases imported.–JM
