Tasting notes
Bright ruby color, with garnet highlights. The taste is dry, fruity tending over time to the soft velvet. Aromas of dried flowers, raspberries and sweet spices abound. Medium-bodied and dry to the palate, with lively acidity and fine-grained tannins, which reflect fruit and terroir rather than oak. Flavors of black cherry, plum, tea leaves and savory spice on the finish.
