Located high above the town of Ampuis and the Rhône River, Domaine Jamet produces tiny quantities of stunning Côte-Rôtie. October 2020

Now 100% matured in terracotta amphora, which brings 'a saline, mineral side' to the wines, says Loïc Jamet, especially in hot years. Straightness of character from the Côte Chatillon; generosity from the Vernon. Very peachy this year. Very rounded and ripe, but has good depth of fruit. Good acidity for the vintage, gently warming alcohol. Good sense of energy and brightness. Just 14%.

February 2022 (Vintage 2020)

I loved the 2020 Condrieu. It’s made in a more vibrant, reductive, racy style that carries classic white peach, tangerine, and apricot aromas and flavors. Brought up all in amphora, this pretty, bright, elegant Condrieu is ideal for drinking over the coming 3-5 years.
